What is Relay?

Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature activity. It offers people in every community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Bridgewater's Relay consists of teams of people camping out at Duke Island Park while members take turns walking the track. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event if possible.

Our relay is an overnight event, with registration starting Friday at 4:00pm. At 6:00pm there is a celebration dinner for survivors and their caregivers, sponsored by Wegmans. The event continues through until Saturday at 6:00am. Join us for a few hours or campout for the entire night, the choice is yours! Throughout the evening people from all walks of life have fun while raising much-needed funds to Fight Back against cancer. No matter who you are, there’s a place for you at our Relay!
