What is Relay?
Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature activity. It offers folks in every community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Bridgewater's Relay consists of teams of people camping out at Duke Island Park and take turns walking the track. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event if possible.
Our relay is an overnight event, starting Friday 4:30PM with a celebration dinner for survivors and their caregivers, sponsored by Wegmans. The event continues through Saturday 6AM for those who spend the night. Join us for a few hours or campout, the choice is yours! Throughout the evening folks from all walks of life have fun while raising much-needed funds to Fight Back against cancer. No matter who you are, there’s a place for you at our Relay.
